Spirit Filled Mama was birthed out of the desire to see Christian moms fully grow in their identity in Christ to better lead their households, raise their babies, and enrich their marriages.

Hi! I’m Abbey Frazier. I live in Hoover, AL with my husband J.T., son Judah, and French Bulldog, Gentry. I work part time as a Professional Recruiter for a local staffing firm, and full time as a boy mom. I’ve led multiple small groups focusing on Freedom in Christ, and what Christianity was meant to look like in a fallen, technology filled world. I’m passionate about identity in Christ, divine healing, pain-free childbirth, and living consistently. Thank you for joining me on this journey of faith!
